Now Offering Classes!

We are so excited to now offer classes and events! For pricing please see our offerings page.

Join us Sunday 5/14 for a special Mother's Day event, MOMOSA.  We will do a Pilates style class from 9-9:50am and then enjoy mimosas (non alcoholic versions available) and coffee afterwards!

​

We are currently offering:

REFORMIX a small group class with a max of 5 people.  30 mins Pilates reformer and 30 mins weights.  Previous Pilates experience encouraged.  TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS 9:30am.

​

FULL BODY STRENGTH a full body weight workout focused on proper form and core engagement. TUESDAYS 5:30pm.

Meet The Owner and Coach

Cue Fitness and Pilates was founded by Elizabeth Enkiri. Elizabeth is a NASM (National Academy of Sports and Medicine) certified personal trainer with over 13 years in the industry.  She is a Balanced Body Pilates instructor and holds certificates in APPI (The Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute) Therapeutic Pilates for Rehabilitation Professionals level 1, Silver Sneakers, and AFAA (The Athletics and Fitness Association of America) for Group Exercise.  She is currently working on her Pre/postnatal certification through Girls Gone Strong.

Throughout the years Elizabeth has trained and coached in various gym settings both big and small.  She has lead countless group classes and run three different types of fitness studios.  Her experience in the industry makes her a compassionate trainer with a deeper understanding of the human body.

Her passion and drive for what she does is aparent in her daily interactions with her clients and her thirst for growth and knowledge to provide the best possible service.

In each session, Liz first addresses whatever "issue" is going on and works to restore that area so I can get the most out of each session.  If I were doing a $30 a month class and this wasn't personalized, I would maybe push through and push myself, but then I would possibly get hurt and not be able to exercise at all.  I can't afford for that to happen at my age.  Liz takes the time to make sure I am prepped for the rest of the workout to actually get the benefits of the exercise.
