​One on One Sessions
One on One attention with completely personalized programming to suit your goal.
A great option to make the most of your time.
Each session is solely focused on improving whatever your need. If needed, guidance for outside of the session with workouts is provided.
​Partner Sessions
Workout with a partner! If you prefer to train with a friend, this is a great option for you.
You can even start your own small class. I reccomend keeping this to about 4 people.
I offer a small group class called SWITCH.
This 4 person class rotates between a compound lift, kettlebell and hypertrophy training, and Pilates Reformer work. The goal of the class is to work the body from the inside out. Pilates will work your core muscle groups and smaller muscles. The compound lifts will recruit fast twitch muscle fibers. The hypertrophy work will focus on slow twitch muscle fibers, and the kettlbell training will provide cardiovascualr health. Tired yet?
